Appeal Your Parking Charge
If you believe that you have been issued a Parking Charge in error and you wish to appeal, please read this information.
You MUST submit your appeal within 28 days from the date of your Parking Charge, unless otherwise stated on the Parking Charge you have received.
You MUST include all of the following information within your appeal:
- Your full name
- Address
- Vehicle Registration Number
- Parking Charge reference number (this can be found at the top of your Parking Charge)
- Your reasons for appeal
- Appropriate supporting evidence, as detailed below.
We can accurately consider your appeal if you are able to provide the appropriate supporting evidence. This will vary on a case-by-case basis, but good examples are as follows:

I am not / was not the registered keeper of the vehicle at the time of the incursion |
Provide documentation from the DVLA confirming that you were not the registered keeper at the time of the Parking Event |
Once your appeal has been received, your case will be placed on hold, until your appeal has been considered. This does not indicate that your appeal will be accepted and you may still owe the outstanding charge on the Parking Charge.
We will aim to respond to your appeal within 28 days from the date we receive it. If you provided a contact email address, make sure you check your junk email folder as well as your inbox.
If your appeal is rejected, you will have 14 days from the date of our response to pay the outstanding amount due.
